The list was compiled this list with the help of four writing friends: Trish Doller, Suzanne Young, Courtney Summers and Mandy Morgan. And no, Courtney didn’t pick her own book for the list. I picked it! The list includes books published inĀ 2008 and 2009.

Great list! I can attest the FOREST OF HANDS AND TEETH is completely brilliant. And I’m totally psyched to read IF I STAY. Well, all of them really!

I love this list! Great picks. And I’ll need to read Perfect You now-that’s one I haven’t gotten to read yet, although Something Maybe had some good kissing in it too

Hee! It never occurred to me that it would look maybe ~suspect~ having my book on there as well as being a contributor to the list! Anyway, I had lots of fun brainstorming titles. And I’m looking forward to checking out the ones everyone else picked out.

Thanks for list. I like how you catergorized the books. I am going to check these books out from the library for my older girls (and myself).
